Week 2 · Day 12
Watch for overtiredness

Today's lesson
An overtired baby produces cortisol and adrenaline, making it harder to fall asleep and stay asleep. If bedtime is a battle, try moving it 15–20 minutes earlier for a few nights.
Your action steps
- Look for red eyebrows, staring, or hyperactivity as tired signs.
- Move bedtime earlier if naps were short.
- Don't wait for crankiness — that's usually too late.
