Naps need cues too
Today's lesson
Naps improve when they feel predictable. Use a shortened version of your bedtime routine in the same sleep space. A dark room and white noise help naps lengthen.
Your action steps
- Do a 5–10 minute nap routine.
- Use blackout curtains and white noise for every nap.
- Put baby down awake, just like at bedtime.
