Adjust wake windows by nap

Today's lesson

Not every wake window is the same. The first window is usually shortest, and the last window before bedtime is longest. Adjusting by 10–15 minutes can dramatically improve nap quality.

Your action steps

  • Shorten the first wake window by 10 minutes.
  • Lengthen the last wake window by 15–20 minutes.
  • Watch how each nap responds.
